PROPERTY DESCRIPTION- The opportunity is to rezone and develop eight parcels along the south side of SR 52. The frontage parcels included are 56.87 acres, 67.33 acres, 18.45 acres and 4.12 acres. The southern portion is currently under contract for single family development.
